Director of Brokerage Services at Urban West Ventures and the Managing Director of the CORE Office Group, James is a driven commercial real estate professional with 15+ years of Real Estate experience. 

 

Specializing in Investment Sales & Leasing in North County San Diego, the combination of strategic online marketing, a vast database of investors & tenants accompanied with prudent financial analysis allow for the CORE Office Group to execute numerous transactions in a highly competitive CRE marketplace. James has successfully brokered more than 300,000 Sq Ft totaling over $100,000,000 in transaction value. 

 

Areas of expertise include medical & professional office buildings, creative office space, flex/R&D and light industrial buildings.

 

Education includes a B.S. Business Administration from Univ. North Carolina Wilmington's Cameron School of Business, with a Concentration in Real Estate & Finance.

 

James (known by most as JB) lives in Oceanside, CA with his wife Kristina,  son Julian and pup Remington. When not in the office hunting CRE deals you can find JB surfing one of San Diego's reef breaks, hiking SD's mountains or snowboarding with the family.
